One-Call
service requires callers to dial directly from a fax machine.
The caller uses the touch-tone pad on the fax machine to request
specific documents, and those documents are transmitted in the
same call. With this service, the recipient incurs the long
distance charges, while you only incur the One-Call service
charges as listed in the Fax-On-Demand rates.
Two-Call service allows callers to dial from a touch-tone
phone, request documents, enter their fax number and hang up.
The requested documents are then delivered via a separate call
placed from the Faxts Now system. The caller will incur the
long distance charges for the initial call during which they
requested information. The long distances charges, as well as
service charges for sending the requested documents are incorporated
in the Two-Call Fax-On-Demand rates.
