First,
Check Your E-mail
Verify that you have received two e-mail messages with attachments
from Faxts Now.
- The
first e-mail will contain two attachments: a software license
key to brand the FaxList® Database Management Software
with your company's specific information, and instructions
to assist you with the installation of FaxList.
- The
second e-mail also contains two attachments: a software
license key to brand the Windows® Printer Driver, and
instructions to assist you with the installation of the
Printer Driver.
Second,
Important Information
After each download you may be presented with the option
to install the software. If this option is presented, you
MUST choose to install at a later time or the software will
not install properly.
Estimated
download time is 15 minutes for FaxList and 5 minutes for
the Printer Driver. Actual download time may vary depending
on your computer system resources.
Third,
Download

Fourth,
Installation
Follow the instructions that were attached to the first e-mail
to install FaxList. Next, follow the instructions attached
to the second e-mail to install the Printer Driver. Estimated
installation time is 5 minutes for FaxList and 5 minutes for
the Printer Driver.

fax to a single destination. You can customize your cover
sheet and it includes an integrated spell checker for cover
sheet memos.

The
Faxts NOW> Virtual Fax Machine frees up your fax machine
from receiving faxes. We assign your own dedicated phone number
which can receive multiple simultaneous fax transmissions.
After you install the Virtual Fax Machine software, all your
faxes are automatically sent to your printer, and a soft copy
is stored on your computer in the popular Abode PDF file format.
